Tragically today we see the moral underpinnings of our Nation severed leaving us adrift on the sea of relativism. Simultaneously we’re witnessing the rejection of absolute truth in the marketplace of ideas. The Church does not exist in a vacuum. His Revelation – Christ’s Story and Scriptures Authority (2 Tim 3:16; Heb 4:12)

“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” 2 Timothy 3:16

His Rule – Christ the Creator (Genesis 1 & 2; Col 1:16-17)

“For by Him all things were created that are that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.” Col 1:16

His Righteousness – Christ’s Divinity (Lk 2:7-35; Jn 1:1 & 14; Phil 2:6-8)

“In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God…And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us” John 1:1; 14

His Redemption – Christ’s Atonement (Eph 1:6-7; Col 1:13-14)

“He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins” Col 1:13-14

His Resurrection – Christ’s Resurrection (Luke 24:1-8; Col 2:12)

“Buried with Him in baptism, in which you also were raised with Him through faith in the working of God, who raised Him from the dead.” Col 2:12

His Return – Christ’s Second Coming (Acts 1:11; Col 3:4)

“When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory”    Col 3:4

His Reach – Eternal Security (John 10:27-30; Rom 8:35-39)

“And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish,; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My Hand” John 10:28

Our Relationship – Christ in us – Our Priesthood (Heb 4:14-16; 1 Pet 2:9)

“You are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation. His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him how called you our to the darkness and into His marvelous light.” 1 Pet 2:9
